Private Access Psychiatry
This policy applies particularly to à-la-carte care. The booking policy for consultations and initial evaluations is the same for both à-la-carte and concierge care.
At the time of booking, a credit card will be requested to collect a reservation deposit equal to one-half of the applicable consultation or initial evaluation fee. This deposit reserves the appointment time specifically for you and will be applied toward the total fee for the scheduled service.
À-la-carte services are separate from concierge retainer care and do not apply toward the retainer fee. If you choose to transition to concierge care, your annual retainer renewal date will begin on the date you become a retainer client.
Individual and family retainer rates are available upon serious inquiry for patients who have completed an initial consultation and evaluation. Retainer care is established only by mutual agreement between the practice and the patient; for a child or adolescent client, agreement from the parent or legal guardian is also required.
When agreed upon, the annual retainer fee may be paid in two equal installments: one-half at the time of commitment and the remaining one-half 30 days later. All retainer payments are nonrefundable. If concierge care is cancelled after the first 30 days, the initial one-half retainer payment remains nonrefundable.
