Private Access Psychiatry

A more private standard of psychiatric care

Concierge psychiatry for individuals and families who value discretion, continuity, direct physician access, and the freedom to shape care around what they want from it.

The private practice model

Care designed around the relationship

Direct physician access

Dr. Edwards personally reviews each inquiry and remains your direct point of contact throughout care.

A deliberately limited practice

A small patient panel creates room for thoughtful appointments, continuity, and a deeper understanding of each patient’s needs.

Privacy by design

Care coordination and record sharing occur only with your explicit approval. Your care remains within one private, closed system.

Clear, carefully defined access

What concierge membership includes

Annual retainer care is designed for people seeking an ongoing psychiatric relationship with greater continuity and carefully defined access. It is one option alongside scheduled fee-for-service appointments—not a requirement for receiving excellent psychiatric care. You may choose medication management, therapy and skills work, or both; the plan remains bespoke and collaborative. GLP-1 prescribing for adults is available only through the concierge program, following an individualized clinical evaluation and ongoing physician oversight.

  1. A direct relationship with your physician

Dr. Edwards personally reviews your inquiry and remains your clinical point of contact throughout care.

  2. A deliberately limited patient panel

The practice is kept intentionally small so appointments, follow-up, and your clinical history can receive thoughtful attention.

  3. Private cell and email access for non-emergent concerns

Concierge-level patients receive private contact information for respectful, responsible communication between appointments. This is not an emergency service.

  4. Continuity through changing needs

Annual retainer care supports an enduring clinical relationship as priorities, treatments, and life circumstances evolve.

  5. Limited same-day availability when appropriate

When clinically appropriate and scheduling allows, concierge care may include limited same-day availability. It is not guaranteed and does not replace emergency care.

  6. Age-appropriate AOD program access

Concierge members receive access to the complete AOD program for their age group in the Personal Playbook, with assignments selected and completed together during care.

  7. Carefully curated reading recommendations

Concierge members have access to our carefully curated, continually updated book recommendation section in the Personal Playbook.

  8. Confidentiality agreements available on request

A binding written confidentiality agreement is available to any client seeking absolute discretion. It is not required — simply available for those who want a formal legal agreement in place.

  9. Early assignment access for deeper sessions

When appropriate, concierge members may receive selected Personal Playbook assignments before a session, creating more room for focused discussion around the ideas and tools that resonate most.
